The role involves welcoming customers and visitors professionally, managing calls, collaborating with the dealership team, completing administrative tasks, and maintaining high customer service and satisfaction standards.

Job Responsibility:

Customer and Visitor Welcome: Ensure all customers and visitors are greeted in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner to promote the dealership's image
Call Handling: Answer both internal and external calls quickly and direct them appropriately and efficiently
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dealership team to uphold high industry standards in customer care and satisfaction
