Job Description:

Dealer position at Cairo Marriott Hotel & Omar Khayyam Casino conducting table games, monitoring wagers, maintaining game pace, and providing excellent guest service while adhering to all gaming regulations and company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct table games according to rules
Monitor wagering and bets
Monitor chip sales and change nominations
Maintain game pace
Inform players of rules and game progress
Provide information to guests about property and amenities
Monitor cleanliness and condition of gaming areas
Assist individuals with disabilities
Support team to reach common goals
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

Croupier Certification
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Conduct table games according to rules and regulations
Monitor appropriateness of wagering and bets
Maintain pace of game through handling of cards, dice, chips, money, and gaming equipment
Follow all company and safety policies
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop positive working relationships
Stand, sit, or walk for extended time periods
