Job Description:

As a Dealer Support Specialist (DSS), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the company's dealer network and manufacturing operations. Your efforts will directly contribute to operational efficiency by addressing dealer needs, resolving order issues, and aligning dealer requirements with production capabilities. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Utilize phone systems to promptly answer or return calls, texts, and voice messages in a professional and efficient manner
  • Achieve proficiency in navigating ERP systems to provide top-tier dealer support
  • Assist with general clerical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team's overall success
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service and data entry experience, ideally in a manufacturing or wholesale industry
  • Familiar with CRM or ERP software and proficient in computer utilization
  • Excel at managing multiple tasks, staying organized, and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, proper phone etiquette, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Skilled in time management and can prioritize tasks effectively
