Reporting to the Front Office Manager or designated manager, the Dealer Registration Clerk registers new licensed vehicle dealers, updates registered licensed dealers, and verifies that agents are legal representatives of licensed dealerships. Maintains accurate dealer information in the computer system; provides information to managers as needed, processes credit history inquiries, and conducts periodic audits to ensure accurate and current information in accordance with corporate guidelines. Performs all duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or designated manager. Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are always followed.

Greet walk-in customers and direct them or announce visitors as appropriate
Answer the main phone line using professional phone etiquette
discern customer needs and respond or transfer to the correct individual or department
Resolve customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise Management of all serious complaints or incidents
Requirements
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
High School Diploma or GED required
Effective customer service and resolution skills required
Strong written and oral communication skills required
1–2 years of office experience preferred
Computer experience, including data entry, word processing, and scheduling required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM preferred
Bilingual communication skills preferred
