This is your chance to step into a high-influence role where you aren't just following a process—you are the architect of it. Reporting directly to our Senior Director of Deal Management and Operations, you will have the autonomy to dismantle bottlenecks and rebuild the Opportunity to Quote (O2Q) lifecycle for maximum velocity. • Drive Sales Velocity: Propose and implement system enhancements and policy shifts that allow our Sales teams to move faster and win more often
  • Standardise Excellence: Create the "gold standard" for our operations by documenting future-state processes and SOPs that ensure global consistency
  • Empower the Team: Partner with Sales Enablement to translate complex processes into easy-to-digest playbooks and training modules that the team will actually enjoy using

  • specifically, the ability to leverage RevCloud to streamline work processes
  • The ability to define metrics, analyse data, and interpret trends to inform critical process decisions
  • The skills to influence stakeholders at all levels, driving adoption of new systems and ensuring cross-functional alignment

Nice to have

  • Experience navigating the unique challenges of a Challenger Brand or a rapidly scaling environment
  • Hold advanced certifications in Process Improvement (e.g., Black Belt) or Project Management
  • A track record of "stepping up" to lead larger, more complex cross-functional projects than your current remit allows
