This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal and is critical to ensuring deals are booked accurately, efficiently, and compliantly. You’ll own contract generation, deal review, and process improvement initiatives, while also supporting broader sales operations needs such as data hygiene and ad-hoc operational projects. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on detail, takes ownership, and enjoys improving systems and workflows.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and activate deals as part of the deal-booking process, validating pricing, approvals, compliance, and required documentation
  • Operate daily within Salesforce and CPQ, including opportunity management, quoting, approvals, and order submission
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the Quote-to-Cash process, reducing cycle time and errors
  • Maintain high standards for deal compliance and documentation
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal on complex or non-standard deal structures
  • Support ad-hoc Sales Operations initiatives, with a particular focus on data hygiene and system accuracy
  • Take ownership of operational projects from start to finish, driving execution and follow-through

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a related role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (required)
  • Experience working with CPQ tools (required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with complex contracts and pricing structures
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and improve processes independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Nice to have

  • Experience with RCA or similar Salesforce-based deal/quote automation tools
  • Familiarity with contract concepts such as MSAs, SOWs, pricing approvals, and renewals
  • Experience supporting data hygiene, reporting, or analytics initiatives

What we offer

  • Equity in the company in the form of stock options
  • Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%
  • Fully paid parental leave
  • Commuter benefits
  • 401k benefits
  • Monthly fitness stipend
  • A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and company-paid lunch
  • Fun company social events through our Elise and the City program
  • Unlimited vacation and paid holidays
