Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the Quote-to-Cash process, reducing cycle time and errors
Maintain high standards for deal compliance and documentation
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal on complex or non-standard deal structures
Support ad-hoc Sales Operations initiatives, with a particular focus on data hygiene and system accuracy
Take ownership of operational projects from start to finish, driving execution and follow-through

2–6 years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a related role
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (required)
Experience working with CPQ tools (required)
Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with complex contracts and pricing structures
Proven ability to take ownership of projects and improve processes independently
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
Nice to have:
Experience with RCA or similar Salesforce-based deal/quote automation tools
Familiarity with contract concepts such as MSAs, SOWs, pricing approvals, and renewals
Experience supporting data hygiene, reporting, or analytics initiatives
