Job Description:

The company is currently seeking a Deal Manager to create profitable commercial proposals with the sales team. This role aims to achieve in-year revenue and profitability goals for products as well as manage the product's entire contribution across the sales lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversees the product's contribution throughout the complete sales lifecycle: Works cross-functionally with all relevant departments to ensure the product portfolio is positioned for success
  • Coordinates technical responses to RFPs to secure project scope and timelines: Ensures all technical proposals integrate the latest new features and new works from partners to maximize solution scope and delivery viability
  • Supports contractual negotiations as the product organization's key representative: Serves as the main product contact during negotiations, especially by responding to request for Sales
  • Is the point of contact responsible for the product and service pricing policies, success and integrity, contributing to their regular review: Incorporates Business drivers for year n into the product and service pricing policies to ensure long-term commercial sustainability
  • Runs deal assessments to ensure and validate overall portfolio profitability: Uses the Deal summary to conduct detailed profitability assessments and validate financial figures and delivery schedule
  • Other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information-technology and or system engineering
  • Expertise in managing and coordinating the entire product sales lifecycle
  • Strong financial acumen to assess deal profitability and validate revenue targets
  • Ability to coordinate complex technical and commercial negotiation responses
  • Experience in developing and owning product and service pricing policies
  • Able to travel both domestically and internationally occasionally

Nice to have:

Experience in Airline Operation is a plus
