We’re looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to join our Pricing & Contracts Operations team within Revenue Operations. You’ll be the operational backbone behind how deals get structured, priced, and approved – working at the intersection of sales, finance, and product to make sure every deal is commercially sound, process-compliant, and closed efficiently. This is a high-impact role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a cross-functional environment.
Job Responsibility
Structure and review pricing for non-standard deals across all sales channels
Evaluate discount requests and exceptions against established pricing guidelines, escalating where appropriate
Partner with Sales teams to model deal economics and identify commercially viable structures
Support the rollout and governance of pricing changes across markets
Track and evaluate the performance of non-standard pricing agreements and approved pricing exceptions
Own and maintain myPOS rate cards across products, channels, and markets — ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and consistently applied
Manage the end-to-end process for rate card updates: coordinating inputs from Finance, Product, and Sales, and ensuring changes are communicated and implemented correctly
Monitor rate card usage and flag discrepancies or out-of-policy pricing in live deals
Build and maintain a rate card repository that is accessible and easy to navigate for Sales teams
Identify bottlenecks in the deal flow and drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time
Maintain and improve deal desk documentation, including approval matrices, pricing playbooks, and escalation paths
Collaborate with the CRM team on HubSpot deal data quality and reporting
Collaborates with Sales Leaders across our European markets on pricing improvements and deal structuring
Work closely with Finance Business Partners on margin visibility and deal profitability
Collaborate with Contracts Ops on commercial terms where pricing and contract scope overlap
Feed insights from deal patterns back into pricing strategy and product packaging discussions
Requirements
