Job Description

You will be joining the FP&A Deal Desk team, a dynamic group focused on driving strategic financial initiatives and supporting enterprise-wide transformation efforts. Our team collaborates closely with various departments to optimize financial processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide support oversight on the FP&A Deal Desk Function, to include providing strategic financial insights and support for complex deal structures
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment on deal terms and financial implications
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and financial models to support business objectives
  • Analyze and evaluate deal performance, providing recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and support audit processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in a finance role, with a focus on enterprise deal desk or financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Salesforce and Excel

Nice to have

  • Global experience in a large enterprise technology or SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and financial systems
  • Advanced degree or certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA)
  • Proven track record of leading financial initiatives and driving process improvements
