Job Description:

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst for a 12 months extendable contract role, this role will responsible for providing support to sales organization on deal approvals by working with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other cross functional teams on complex deal structuring and commercial terms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be a trusted partner to the sales team on deal structuring and quoting, complex deals options and ensuring consistent application of policies
  • Provide in-quarter deal status and communication to sale finance and sales management
  • Evaluate current processes and make recommendations for areas of improvement
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities on special projects and analysis as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Finance, Sales Operations or Revenue role in an Enterprise Software/SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated success partnering with internal business units and cross functional teams
  • Strong analytical, commercial acumen, project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines independently where adaptability is imperative
  • Proficient in Salesforce, CPQ/quoting tool, Microsoft office applications
