Job Description:

The Data Concern Remediation Management (“DCRM”) Monitoring Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and resolution of data concerns within the organization. This position involves active monitoring, risk identification, and support for the data concern lifecycle, contributing to data accuracy and adherence to DCRM policy. DCRM team is designed to effectively manage data concerns throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely remediation, compliance with Data Concerns, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Actively monitors the status and progress of all open data concerns within Regulatory Operations
  • Ensures that each data concern within the DCRM system includes the required and concise descriptions, and that appropriate evidence is uploaded as the data concern progresses through its lifecycle
  • Identifies potential 'Out of SLA' risks and escalates them promptly to the DCRM Manager
  • Assists in the data concern disposition and closure process, ensuring all established criteria are met, as part of the maker/checker process
  • Maintains an internal DCRM tracking system, guaranteeing the accuracy and integrity of recorded data concern

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in data management, data analysis, monitoring, or a similar role, preferably within the financial service industry
  • Knowledge of non-financial regulatory reporting (i.e. securities, swaps)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify risks and escalate issues effectively
  • Proficiency in using data management and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and data lifecycle management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (e.g., Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.)

  • Support strategic and transformational efforts to enhance FTP policy, frameworks, and funds transfer pricing systems
  • Support ongoing funds transfer pricing execution and adherence to policies and controls, including all regulation and/or guidance which impacts FTP
  • Ensure FTP is applied consistently across all businesses globally
  • Cross-functional interaction across Businesses, Risk, Treasury, Technology, and FP&A
  • Execute the monthly LTP charge and credit process globally across all businesses and legal entities, ensuring accurate application of Liquidity Premium (LP) spreads
  • Perform and oversee the monthly calibration of Bank LP and Working Capital (WC) spreads, including medium- and long-term WC spread frameworks, and review changes with the Head of FTP on a monthly basis
  • Monitor and reconcile LTP-related balances in the firm's transfer pricing systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies in charges and credits at the portfolio and business segment level
  • Support the execution of the Intraday Liquidity Charge and Liquidity Surplus attribution processes, ensuring allocations to businesses accurately reflect underlying liquidity usage and drivers
  • Coordinate with FP&A Treasury teams to support LTP forecasting as part of the firm's Quarterly Multi-Year Multi-Scenario (QMMF), Outlook, and Operating Plan cycles
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support process enhancements, contributing analytical and operational expertise to continuously enrich and improve LTP execution processes
