Job Responsibility:

  • Follow policies and procedures to input, verify, and release wire transfers and ACH payments through online banking and treasury management platforms
  • Meet critical processing deadlines for all work including processing outgoing and incoming wire transfers and ACH payments
  • Responsible for check processing
  • Assist manager with creating, maintaining and adhering to policies, processes and workflows
  • Create custom reports by compiling data from multiple sources
  • Prioritize and complete tasks by assigned daily deadlines
  • Perform complex research and investigations as it pertains to all payment processing and bank protocols
  • Identify and report risk issues
  • Work with team and business units to streamline production and enhance policies and procedures
  • Identify areas for creating additional operational efficiencies and complete special projects as needed
  • Lead and manage initiatives and projects

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge and interest in the financial services industry and operations
