Job Responsibility
Oversee total site inventory, manage cycle counting and replenishment processes and investigate pick errors, shortages and damaged stock
Analyse WMS data and system behavior patterns to identify and implement process improvements and enhance pick efficiencies
Ensure seamless data flow between WMS and SAP, conduct root cause analysis on inventory losses
Generate reports on key performance metrics like order fulfillment and slot utilisation
Act as the primary contact for system issues, delivering prompt triage and resolution to maintain store service standards
Requirements
Proven experience in inventory and systems management within a DC, retail or FMCG environment
The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, using data to drive actionable insights and efficiency
Skills in guiding and mentoring colleagues, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff
Demonstrated competency in Excel or Google Sheets, SAP and various computer programs
Familiarity with automated movement systems is a plus
