Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage inventory operations, including monthly inventory reporting and continuous monitoring of stock levels
Conduct visible and package inspections of incoming tube stock and shipments in accordance with Work Instructions (WI)
Operate and maintain the Logistics Concept system for accurate goods tracking
Coordinate with third-party warehouse team in the Shanghai Qingpu FTZ for goods receiving, dispatch, and storage
Review and verify DC cost claim reports from third-party warehouse providers
create PR/PO in the EPO system
Present order delivery and inventory reports at sales meetings
Act as the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) representative in the third-party warehouse
prepare and submit monthly safety reports
Identify, define, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency of goods flows
Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and all relevant EHS and ISO standards
Support and participate in cross-functional projects with sales, logistics, IT, and other business units
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality control, logistics, or warehouse operations
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity preferred
Strong observation and analytical skills
Outstanding Mandarin and good spoken and written English
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage
Honest, patient, efficient, accountable, and able to work under pressure
Bachelor’s degree or above in Metal Materials, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
