Job Description:

As a Distribution Centre (DC) Storeperson, you will play a key role in ensuring that the right stock gets to the right store at the right time for our customers. Primary Connect is constantly changing to meet business demands. This position requires a strong sense of teamwork and focus on safety to ensure that products are dispatched in a timely manner to our customers. Your commitment and alignment to our purpose of "connecting communities with the products they need and love" will help drive the success of the DC.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately assemble and package stock into orders to be delivered to stores on time, in a temperature controlled environment (between 2 and 13 degrees) all year round
  • Master new skills to become proficient in using voice pick technology and operating Manual Handling Equipment (MHE)
  • Ensure safety and compliance and uphold important company policies and safety standards
  • Thrive in a dynamic setting where your work is valued and efficiency is key
  • Collaborate with supportive team members and play a crucial role in optimising a clean and organised warehouse environment
