Working as Part-time DC LIFT Administration, you will be responsible helping administer the daily administrative tasks of maintaining LIFT supported devices 4100 Beechwood Dr, Greensboro, NC 27410.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting LIFT Manager in the management of onboarding new machines onto LIFT Service as well as maintaining them
Monitoring various reports and systems to ensure machines are ordered on the day expected and fulfilled at 100% each day
Interacting with branches on any issues surfaced to ensure our branches and ultimately the customers are taken care of
Assisting with the alignment of workload as it relates to staffing needs in the DC to ensure LIFT picks are anticipated and planned for which includes collaborating with DC leadership and the Picking department
Completing various administrative tasks such as answering emails, answering phone calls, and maintaining organization
Assisting the DC Help desk with any ServiceNow tickets related to LIFT
Working with supply chain to ensure the local inventory planning aligns with the service level we expect
Seeking opportunities within existing devices to grow LIFT within the respective region
Complying with safety regulations
Requirements:
Prior administrative/customer service experience OR industry experience and product knowledge
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Work independently as well as in a team environment
