Job Responsibility:

  • Leading all aspects of data analysis and calculation activity across new business and internal transfer activity
  • Support the delivery of the implementation portfolio across the firm
  • Define and implement data audit and analysis protocols which improve quality and effectiveness of transfer activity
  • Take ownership of the definition, creation and analysis of complex pension calculations
  • Ensure effective member outcomes on transfer of activity
  • Oversee the production of system automation, working closely with IT and Administration functions to build, run and review test scenarios during the implementation phase

Requirements:

  • Experience of the implementation of pension arrangements, including bulk transfers of DB and DC
  • Customer-centric with a passion for delivering high-quality services
  • Strong and wide-reaching, practical knowledge of occupational pension schemes, including administration
  • Experience of managing the definition and build of complex pensions calculations
  • Experience of co-ordinating and project managing scheme bulk transfers
  • Experience of carrying out research
