Job Description

Work as DBA to support MySQL Server applications. Provide support for production and non-production (development, test and staging) databases. This role requires thorough understanding of complex database architectures, strict change control process and proactive performance tuning.

Job Responsibility

  • Periodical Database backups

Requirements

  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Good knowledge in database-design, SQL, SQL Clusters and optimization
  • Practical experience of system administration Linux/ Unix
  • Experience in working with Data Warehouse
  • Good Performance tuning experience
  • Problem solving skills, resourcefulness and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in English (written, oral)
