Excellent communication and time management skills
Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations
Ability to work well on your own or as part of a team
Ideally SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care (not mandatory, will be funded)

Job Responsibility

Assist residents with daily living (washing, dressing, mealtimes)
Promote residents' independence and well-being
Monitor residents' health conditions and liaise with relatives and colleagues
Support residents in physical and social activities
Get to know residents' interests and needs

Ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting residents with washing, dressing, mealtimes and all other aspects of daily living
Promoting residents' independence and well-being

Previous experience working as a senior care worker in a similar care setting
Professional, compassionate, kind and motivated with a sense of fun
