Job Description

We are looking for an Dayforce HRIS Analyst to support human resources systems for a leading airline organization in Bloomington, Minnesota. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can translate business needs into effective HRIS solutions, maintain data integrity, and help optimize system performance. The role will focus on analysis, configuration support, reporting, and implementation activities within the HR technology environment, with particular emphasis on Dayforce and related HRIS databases.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze HRIS workflows, system behavior, and user needs to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and accuracy
  • Support configuration, testing, and rollout activities for HRIS enhancements and implementation initiatives, including Dayforce-related updates
  • Maintain and validate employee data within HR systems and databases to ensure consistency, completeness, and compliance
  • Partner with HR, payroll, and other business teams to gather requirements and translate them into practical system solutions
  • Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and data extracts that support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Investigate system issues, troubleshoot data or process discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders or vendors
  • Document system procedures, functional requirements, and process changes to support ongoing operations and user adoption
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by recommending refinements to HRIS processes, controls, and reporting capabilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with HRIS analysis, HR systems support, or related human resources technology functions
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, including work in system configuration, administration, or implementation support
  • Working knowledge of HRIS databases, data structures, and best practices for maintaining data accuracy
  • Experience using Dayforce in an analytical, support, or implementation-focused capacity
  • Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into clear functional recommendations or system actions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in data validation and issue resolution
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
