The Opportunity: Whether you prefer the fast-paced variety of daily supply or the stability of a long-term placement, we have roles tailored to your lifestyle. We are looking for teachers who can inspire curiosity in KS1 and drive academic confidence in KS2.

Job Responsibility

  • Quality Delivery: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to all learning styles within the classroom
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment using effective behavior management strategies
  • Assessment for Learning: Provide 'in-the-moment' feedback to students and accurately assess progress to inform future planning
  • Collaboration: Work alongside Teaching Assistants and support staff to ensure every child-including those with SEN-is supported.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Experience: Proven track record teaching the UK National Curriculum in KS1 or KS2
  • Flexibility: An adaptable 'can-do' attitude, especially for daily supply roles where you may step into new environments
  • Safeguarding: A deep understanding of current safeguarding and 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' (KCSiE) guidelines.
