Our Support Workers make a real difference to our residents every day; whether it’s helping them with their daily routines or personal care, providing companionship or joining in with the vast array of fun activities that take place in our homes, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they are leading happy and fulfilled lives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Helping residents with daily routines or personal care
  • Providing companionship
  • Joining in with activities
  • Carrying out light household duties to ensure household and resident's rooms are kept clean and tidy

Requirements:

  • Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven track record in elderly care
  • Commitment to providing high quality care standards for older people
  • Positive role model
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Natural ability to get along with others
  • Keen to learn
  • Willing to excel at job at all times
