Job Responsibility:
Create a warm and professional first impression by welcoming residents and visitors, answering questions, and directing urgent concerns to the appropriate team members
Prepare, organize, and maintain intake documentation to support smooth onboarding and ongoing case management services
Accurately enter and track program information while maintaining organized records and daily activity logs
Help keep the program running efficiently by monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and maintaining shared community spaces
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and donations while assisting with transporting items to designated areas
Support daily client check-in and check-out processes and help ensure consistent front desk coverage throughout the shift
Assist residents with routine program-related needs, including medication coordination support and general assistance requests
Conduct routine walkthroughs of interior and exterior areas to help maintain a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all residents and staff
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding professionally to inquiries, escalating urgent matters quickly, and fostering a positive community atmosphere
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, reception, customer service, or a similar public-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once and adjust priorities in a fast-paced setting
High attention to detail when handling forms, records, and day-to-day program documentation
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic data entry practices
Comfort working collaboratively as part of a team while also handling assigned tasks independently
Ability to maintain professionalism, sound judgment, and consistency when enforcing site expectations and procedures
