Job Responsibility:
Allocate resources for scheduled services based on operational requirements
Assist with managing changes to service plans, asset loading, and resource allocations
Address customer requirements and impacts of major disruptions
Ensure safety-compliant crew rosters are accurate, entered into systems, and maintained to meet operational needs
Place competent operational employees on rosters and monitor their deployment to meet operational demands
Monitor fatigue management in line with rostering principles
Aid the deployment team by handling phone calls and administrative tasks to provide excellent customer service
Provide accurate and timely train list information to customers
Requirements:
Ability to effectively use roster, crew allocation, train running, and fatigue management systems
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and deliver results
Capability to identify operational issues and collaborate on solutions
Good analytical skills and excellent time management
Experience with interpreting relevant Industrial Instruments such as Enterprise Agreements
High-level verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with employees and customers
