Job Description:

As a Day Opportunities Manager you will lead our Day service provision, with a focus on developing our offer, promoting independence, and engaging people in their local community. You will work as part of the wider North management team and may be required to support across different locations including our Supported Living provision, ensuring you work flexibility and in collaboration with colleagues across the region. At Affinity Trust, we’re dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and related needs, helping them live their lives their way.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a strong person-centred culture

  • Oversee co-produced activity planning both within the opportunities building and in the community
  • Ensure support is safe, effective, and aligned with regulatory and organisational standards
  • Participate in the on-call rota and attend management meetings
  • Use systems such as Radar, Sona, Nourish, and Power BI to monitor and drive performance

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car/vehicle
