About Dovehaven House - Manchester House is a Nursing and residential care home catering for up to 67 residents. The home specialises in dementia care, and our aim is to ensure all our residents feel as comfortable as possible. Our homes promote independence, dignity and respect through positive risk taking and empowerment. What You'll Be Doing - You'll play a key role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for—day and night. This includes: Personal care delivered with dignity; Supporting emotional wellbeing; Encouraging independence where possible; Working closely with your team to maintain a safe environment; (Night roles also include light cleaning duties to support the home).
