Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Dovehaven Grove, Poplar Grove, Bamber Bridge. Working 4 x 12-hour shifts per week - DAYS - 8am - 8pm - on a rota basis with alternate weekend availability required. In this role, you will be offering full person-centered care and support to our residents to ensure they feel safe, secure and content. *Please note – There is a genuine occupational requirement as to why Female only applicants are needed, as you will be supporting females.*

Job Responsibility

Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents
Be alert to residents’ needs, health and wellbeing
Respect the residents’ dignity and privacy
Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care to each individual
Assist with mealtimes and safe moving
Maintain accurate records for each resident

Requirements

Passionate about delivering first-class care
Patient, kind and understanding
Reliable and respectful
Strong interpersonal skills
Be a team player
Have the ability to use initiative
Experience within the care sector is preferred but not essential
