Are you a compassionate and experienced Day Shift & Sleeping Night Shift Care Assistants looking for a rewarding role? Join Paragon Home Healthcare and support a client living with a spinal cord injury (SCI). This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with a positive, “can-do” attitude who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Full training is provided, and you’ll be supported by an experienced clinical and care team throughout.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver person-centred personal care and mobility support
  • Support daily routines, community activities, and engagement
  • Assist with safe transfers and day-to-day living tasks
  • Help with household organisation
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate any changes

Requirements:
