Beacon Hill Legal is staffing several Davis Bacon Act Consultants for a long-term contract opportunity with a top accounting firm located in Washington, DC. The contract period is anticipated to last 6 months, with potential for extension. Although the position is remote, occasional travel to the firm's Washington, DC office can be expected.

Job Responsibility:

Assess whether individuals in the construction and power & utilities industries are being paid fairly and legally under federal wage laws (such as the DBA and IRA)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA)
