Job Description

As a Microsoft Datacenter Project Manager- Compliance (DCPM), you will partner with field operations leadership to operationalize strategic initiatives at the campus level, ensuring consistent execution, alignment, and measurable outcomes across the datacenter metro. You will drive financial planning and performance rhythms in line with business review cycles, while coordinating effectively across stakeholders to manage priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts. In this role, you will act as the single point of contact for metro-level audit and compliance programs, overseeing key initiatives and ongoing operational activities, including site safety drills and tabletop exercises.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive alignment on compliance and audit priorities
  • Lead end-to-end audit readiness across the datacenter metro
  • Drive implementation of compliance strategies to support metro operations
  • Execute quarterly EGRC controls
  • Partner with procedural document owners to address gaps
  • Own and maintain environmental, emergency, and business continuity plans
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive accountability
  • Conduct regular on-site presence (approximately 25%)
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to close compliance gaps
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent AND industry experience with a focus in change management processes OR industry experience and college course work with a focus in change management processes

  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
