Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the proposal process by responding to tenders and developing comprehensive business cases that cover technological, commercial, and financial aspects
  • Translate existing architectures into concrete roadmaps, providing a proactive future vision and a long-term plan for clients
  • Assist customers in shaping their Data & AI vision, engaging with both C-level executives and technical experts to understand and solve their most complex challenges
  • Design optimal Data Intelligence solutions focusing on Microsoft Azure Data & AI Services (Databricks, Fabric, Data Lake, etc.) and other modern platforms (Snowflake, Huggingface)
  • Act as a technical influencer, using your passion and persuasive skills to inspire customers to adopt innovative technologies and cloud-native setups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure attractive visualizations of proposals and high-quality commercial presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Drive innovation and knowledge sharing, constantly seeking new ways to improve client services and participating actively in the firm's innovation journey

Requirements:

  • 6+ years as a Data Engineer
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Data roles, with a solid track record in Solution Architecture
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure Data & AI Services, with a specific focus on Databricks, Data Factory, and Data Lakehouse architectures
  • Broad knowledge of the data ecosystem, including Fabric, Snowflake, Huggingface, and cloud-native setups
  • Proven ability to capture and translate business needs into technical solutions for both technical teams and stakeholders at the C-level
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexities and deliver compelling, persuasive proposals
  • A result-oriented mindset with a continuous focus on quality, trust-building, and high-value delivery
  • Resilience and adaptability, thriving under deadlines and bringing out the best in every architectural challenge
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English
