This temporary Database Specialist III role supports data quality and directory management for healthcare provider and location data across digital platforms and third-party listings. The position focuses on data cleanup, validation, reporting, and governance to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Requirements
2+ years of experience in database management, data analysis, or data quality roles
Experience with healthcare provider and location data or similar structured datasets
Advanced Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, nested formulas, and conditional logic
Experience with PivotTables, PivotCharts, slicers, and calculated fields
Experience with data validation, QA methods, and reconciliation checks
Ability to perform data cleanup, normalization, de-duplication, and standardization
Experience diagnosing data integrity issues and developing remediation plans
Ability to manage multiple requests and deliver outputs independently with minimal oversight
Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and discretion
Nice to have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience with Power Query or similar data transformation tools
Experience with taxonomy mapping or crosswalks
Experience supporting digital platforms, directories, or third-party listings
Experience with reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics
