Job Description:

Shape the future of payments as a database operations engineer in fintech. A fintech company, that achieved more than 43M users within around 3 years since its launch has hugely diversified employees who are from 40 different countries. To build the company, we allied with, the biggest payment service company in India. Based on their customer-first technologies , we created and expanded the smartphone payment service in Japan. Our biggest competitor is "cash". We are seeking for people who can accept this challenge positively, brush up the product at a tremendous speed that other companies could never achieve, and who are passionate about promoting and spreading such a financial life platform in a short time along with professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design the total UI/UX for the product experience in our payment application (Design the payment experience)
  • Design the persona of our users, and research by using the storyboard for it
  • Define the UI architecture and design the concept diagram, wire frame and virtual design
  • Promote the projects
  • Have a broad range of tasks related to the product design such as holding the splint and design workshop for the product development etc.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with MySQL operation
  • More than 1.5 years of AWS experience
  • Hands-on experience with Infra as Code (IaC)
  • Interested in new technologies and willing to improve operational quality and efficiency
  • Familiar with shell and programming language for scripting (Python, Go etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in automating operations related to Database or AWS
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Working experience in a full remote environment
  • Experience in operating distributed systems
  • Experience working with NoSQL or NewSQL databases (like TiDB)
