Job Responsibility:

Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data within the organization
Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize data needs and requirements
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
Design and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools
Analyze large data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Communication data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers
Develop and deliver training programs to promote data literacy and best practices within the organization

Requirements:

MBA degree in data management, business analytics, or related field
Proven experience in data management, analytics, and business strategy
Expertise in data protection and privacy regulations
Experience with database design, data modeling, and data visualization tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
