Job Description:

Permanent inhouse role with an established company. Exposure to latest technology. The role involves managing SQL databases, monitoring system's health and performance, gathering and transforming data, ensuring performance and availability, implementing database solutions, and assisting developers.

Job Responsibility:

Managing SQL databases, monitoring system's health and performance
Gathering, organizing, and transforming raw data into meaningful insights
Ensuring high levels of performance and availability
Implementing data base solution and testing database backup and recovery plans
Refining and automating regular processes, track issues, and document changes
Assisting developers with query tuning and schema refinement

Requirements:

5 years of Database administration experience - MYSQL Oracle or MSSQL / SQL
Experience in cloud such as AWS or Azure
Scripting experience for automation

Nice to have:

Experience in cloud such as AWS or Azure
Scripting experience for automation
