Database Developer

• Analyze and interpret business requirements to design and implement database solutions
• Update and maintain legacy systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality
• Develop and optimize stored procedures and queries to improve database efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve database-related issues
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support business operations
• Implement and test system updates to enhance features such as late fee charging and payment processing options
• Conduct discovery and demonstration phases to showcase proposed database changes
• Ensure data integrity and security while performing system updates and modifications
• Create and maintain documentation for database processes and changes
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights to improve database workflows

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL
• Experience with ETL processes and tools for data integration
• Strong knowledge of stored procedures and T-SQL
• Ability to work with legacy systems and update outdated code
• Solid problem-solving skills to address database performance and functionality challenges
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team

Familiarity with property management systems is a plus but not required
