Requirements:

  • Experience in Oracle Core and -EBiz suite administration, cloning, refreshes, Installation, upgrades, and Patching of EBS R12.2 and Oracle databases
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APPs DBA skills
  • Good experience in Oracle 12c, and 19c database administration with strong skills in concepts and architecture with hands-on experience
  • Thorough working experience in multitenant architecture. Container and Pluggable database administration and cloning
  • Backup and Recovery skills with Data guard implementation, RMAN Configuration & Setup
  • Strong knowledge of Database Performance and System tuning skills in Oracle Core DBA and EBS administration
  • Should have worked with SQL Tuning, AWR analysis, Trace file analysis, etc.
  • Should have strong experience in Oracle E-Biz Implementation, Maintenance Support Projects, Upgrades, and Migrations
  • Good experience in Oracle WebLogic Server Administration
  • Proficient in analysis and application of GI Patchset, OJVM PSU patches (APPS and DB), Oracle Security Alert Patches, Timely recommended Patch Upgrades and Co-ordinated Effort
  • Ability to fine-tune the concurrent processing in a large EBS environment
  • Experience in DR setups, High availability systems, and knowledge of load balancers
  • Experienced in installation and managing middleware components like Oracle WebLogic server, OID, etc.
  • Should have working experience in PCP architecture
  • Should have a working knowledge of Oracle Patching, Oracle Upgrades, and Oracle Migrations
  • Strong proficiency in handling issues related to ADOP patching
  • Working with Business Analysts/Users to apply Oracle E-Business Suite Maintenance Packs, Bug-Fixes, TAR/SR
  • Provides 24×7 operational support for production and nonproduction database environments
  • Makes technical decisions following established policies and procedures to ensure application and database availability

Nice to have:

  • Experience in working with Oracle Applications on-premise & Databases running on the Oracle Cloud platform
  • Troubleshooting complex functional and technical incidents occurring within the various applications
  • Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with clients
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle a team, work with business to gather requirements, prepare technical specification documents
