We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support FP&A through dependable data stewardship, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate customer and vendor records, strengthening data quality, and delivering reporting that helps leaders monitor business performance. The person in this role will work closely with finance and operational teams to improve consistency across enterprise data and generate insights that support sound decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the creation, revision, and ongoing maintenance of customer and vendor master data across enterprise platforms while following established approval procedures
Review submitted data for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance to reduce reporting issues and operational errors
Investigate data inconsistencies, correct record-level problems, and track changes that may affect downstream financial results
Partner with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Operations, and IT teams to understand reporting needs and align master data standards with business requirements
Contribute to the development and reinforcement of data governance practices, internal controls, and standard operating procedures
Conduct recurring audits of master data and carry out corrective actions to preserve reporting reliability and overall data integrity
Provide guidance to internal users on data standards and proper record maintenance to encourage consistent reporting outcomes
Support data cleanup, enrichment efforts, and system-related improvement initiatives that enhance the quality and usability of business information
Produce recurring FP&A reports covering revenue, expenses, margins, and operational performance metrics for business stakeholders
Perform variance reviews, trend evaluations, and ad hoc analysis while assisting month-end close activities tied to customer and vendor data validation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A support, master data administration, or a similar data-focused business role
Hands-on experience working with enterprise systems, including ERP platforms such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and CRM tools such as Salesforce
Advanced Excel skills, with additional familiarity in reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI considered beneficial
Demonstrated experience maintaining customer and vendor master records and supporting recurring financial or operational reporting
Strong analytical ability with a high level of accuracy and close attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
Working knowledge of data governance concepts, master data processes, and basic relational database or data modeling principles is preferred
