Job Description:

As a Database Administrator, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze and optimize database performance for large-scale MySQL and PostgreSQL environments
  • Partner with the development team to design, implement, and maintain robust database structures
  • Develop, test, and manage data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard business-critical information
  • Monitor database environments to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database solutions with evolving business needs
  • Document database configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure operational transparency and continuity
  • Stay current with emerging SQL and database technologies to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Advanced hands-on expertise with MySQL and PostgreSQL administration
  • Proven track record in database optimization and troubleshooting
  • Strong command of SQL for querying, scripting, and performance tuning
  • Experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain complex technical information
