Database Administrator

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures for production and reporting databases
• Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various business systems
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable and repeatable reporting solutions
• Diagnose and resolve data integrity issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
• Enhance database performance through tuning and indexing strategies
• Create and maintain documentation for data models, query logic, and reporting workflows
• Assist in data migration efforts during system transitions, including support for SAP S/4HANA integration
• Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide technical support to users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and usability
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards

• 3–5 years of experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries (T-SQL or PL/SQL preferred)
• Proficiency with relational database platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of data integration tools and concepts
• Familiarity with SAP or Solumina G8 data structures is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
• Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace/defense environment is preferred

Additional skills in Python, R, or PowerShell for automation and statistical analysis are a plus
