Database Administrator

The Database Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, performance, and security of Bluestaq’s infrastructure across defence-aligned environments. Reporting directly to the President of Bluestaq Australia, this role is evenly split between database and systems administration—managing PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, optimizing performance, and overseeing Windows and Linux servers to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to support mission-critical systems in complex environments.
