We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a long-term contract position within the Healthcare industry, offering an opportunity to contribute to impactful data-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, analytics, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Design, implement, and manage data collection processes to support advanced analytics and performance measurement
Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights effectively to business leaders and stakeholders
Monitor and enhance database systems to ensure optimal performance and address emerging business needs
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data design, requirements, and user guides
Perform regular data analysis to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations
Ensure data security and governance by adhering to best practices and organizational policies
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored data solutions
Provide training and support to team members, promoting a data-driven culture within the organization
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of database systems to maintain efficiency
Utilize business intelligence tools such as Power BI and advanced analytics techniques to generate meaningful insights
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a human resources context
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, MySQL, and Oracle
Advanced skills in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, as well as programming languages like Python or R
Demonstrated experience in developing dashboards and analyzing HR metrics, including turnover, attrition, and talent acquisition
Strong ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with performance tuning and database optimization techniques
Commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and security in all initiatives
