Job Description:

We're seeking a Database Administrator (DBA) to ensure the availability, security, and performance of SQL Server and Oracle database platforms. This role involves daily monitoring, backup verification, performance tuning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support enterprise systems.

Job Responsibility:

Perform daily health checks, backup verification, and resolve database issues
Monitor performance using Enterprise Manager and recommend improvements
Install, configure, and troubleshoot SQL Server (2016–2022) and Oracle (19c)
Manage user roles, access controls, and compliance with best practices
Support failover processes (Data Guard, AlwaysOn) and RMAN backup/recovery
Participate in on-call rotation and maintain documentation

Requirements:

3+ years of DBA experience in 24x7 environments
Hands-on with Oracle 19c and SQL Server (2016–2022)
Strong SQL tuning, resource management, and backup/recovery skills
Experience with Enterprise Manager, RMAN, and Data Guard
Certifications (Oracle OCA, MCSA, ITIL) preferred
