We are seeking a skilled Data Visualisation and UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user‑centred data experiences that transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. This role combines strong visual design capability with a deep understanding of usability and data storytelling, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions through engaging dashboards and digital interfaces.
Job Responsibility:
Design and develop interactive, visually engaging dashboards and reports using Power BI and related data visualisation platforms
Translate complex datasets into clear charts, graphs, and data stories that support business decision‑making
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all visual outputs
Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a strong focus on accessibility and usability
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously refine designs
Collaborate closely with data analysts, developers, and product managers to align design outcomes with business objectives
Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data visualisation and UI/UX design
Proactively identify and implement improvements to existing dashboards and digital experiences
Requirements:
Proficient in Power BI and other data visualization tools, along with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledgeable in usability principles, information architecture, and user‑centred design methodologies
Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support UI implementation and collaboration with developers
A clear communicator who can explain design decisions effectively to diverse stakeholders
Educated to degree level in Graphic Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualification advantageous)
