Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Visualisation and UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and high-impact visual experiences that transform complex data into meaningful insights. This role plays a critical part in enhancing user experience across digital platforms by combining strong design thinking with data storytelling and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and develop interactive, visually compelling dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and related platforms
  • translate complex datasets into clear, accessible charts, graphs, and visual narratives
  • ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all visual outputs
  • design user-centred interfaces for web and mobile applications, prioritising usability and accessibility
  • conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously refine designs
  • collaborate closely with developers, data analysts, and product teams to align design solutions with business objectives
  • clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in data visualisation and UI/UX design, applying improvements where relevant

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in data visualisation and UI/UX design
  • proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI
  • proficiency in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
  • knowledge of usability principles, user-centred design methodologies, and information architecture
  • familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
