Strong academic background in Mathematics or Computer Science
Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of data presentation, capable of generating polished client-facing reports
Strong verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders (clients, team members, suppliers)
Provide clear and regular progress updates, including escalation of issues or delays
Promote seamless collaboration across teams

Job Responsibility

Create Looker Studio dashboards aligned with templates provided by Solutions Analysts
Ensure delivery is consistent with brand guidelines (Space & Time or client-specific)
Analyse data from various sources to derive actionable insights
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain quality and efficiency
Create and maintain process documentation to ensure transparency and accessibility for the broader team
