As a Data Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data by meticulously examining information from various sources, identifying errors, and verifying the completeness of data. This role involves collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Marketing teams.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain data integrity by reviewing verification reports for completeness and accuracy
Resolve discrepancies by researching and communicating with appropriate staff
Facilitate data governance by supporting assigned data owners as needed
Create and/or edit documentation as required
Work in a cross-functional environment with individuals from Marketing, Manufacturing, Packaging, Regulatory, and Quality teams
Support sustaining projects for chronic central venous catheters and implantable ports
Collaborate with team leaders and peers to plan and accomplish project goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or validation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data verification
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to research and resolve data discrepancies
Effective communication and collaboration in a cross-functional environment
High School Diploma or GED required
Nice to have:
Experience in data governance or regulatory documentation is a plus
