Job Description

Our client, a national healthcare membership association, is seeking a Data Survey Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Linthicum, Maryland.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate data research programs, committee activities, surveys, and reporting initiatives
  • Manage meeting logistics, communications, materials, and deliverable tracking
  • Prepare monthly reports, board updates, and presentations
  • Support data collection, quality review, survey administration, and process improvement efforts
  • Coordinate annual meeting logistics and marketing-related activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, committees, and external stakeholders on data initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • STEM field preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with data reporting, analytics, research, or statistics preferred
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Forms, or survey platforms is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Reliable transportation required
