We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Data Operations Team as a Data Support Executive. You’ll play a key role in supporting the work of the wider Data Operations team and Technology directorate, helping to structure and implement agreed changes and updates to British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) CRM system (Blackbaud Enterprise CRM (BBEC)) and assist in the implementation and management of CRM housekeeping programmes. You’ll also provide efficient and effective support to the users of BHF via the team’s helpdesk. This includes covering day-to-day issues with using the CRM system. You’ll work with a wide range of internal stakeholders, ensuring data from the CRM system is handled compliantly and efficiently across the board and our supporters have a high-quality experience and journey that they expect from us.
Job Responsibility:
Support the work of the wider Data Operations team and Technology directorate
Help to structure and implement agreed changes and updates to British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) CRM system (Blackbaud Enterprise CRM (BBEC))
Assist in the implementation and management of CRM housekeeping programmes
Provide efficient and effective support to the users of BHF via the team’s helpdesk
Cover day-to-day issues with using the CRM system
Work with a wide range of internal stakeholders
Ensure data from the CRM system is handled compliantly and efficiently
Requirements:
Strong computer literacy
Knowledge of CRM systems and/or other database software
Fully conversant with standard Microsoft packages
Familiarity with data querying and data manipulation
Experience of prioritising own workload
Able to plan effectively and meet key deadlines
Previous experience working with large databases
A good working knowledge of marketing, data and financial processes
