Data Support Administrator - Bristol (BS1 5AH). Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility required). £15.46 per hour, full time 37 hours per week. Temporary assignment for 8 months, with potential to extend. Hybrid working (flexible). Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? We're looking for an Administrator to join a busy Public Sector team based in Bristol (BS1 5AH). This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client's team to provide administrative and data support for their Microsoft 365 Copilot trial. Key Responsibilities: Manage a shared inbox and respond to queries, triaging for other members of the team where necessary; Track and administer licence allocations; Support communications, surveys and engagement activity; Maintain accurate data and tracking tools; Collate and organise user feedback and trial data; Support basic reporting and programme administration. What We're Looking For: Previous experience supporting projects and/or with surveys or data collection; Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; Strong organisational and multitasking abilities; Attention to detail and high rate of accuracy; Ability to work at pace and manage priorities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data tracking skills.
